Who we are

Know the Bible is built and run by GoWord International Limited. Our name says what we do: we take God’s Word to people everywhere, in the languages they speak, and make learning it something to look forward to every day.

The globe in our logo stands for the many nations and languages we serve, the cross for the message at the centre of everything we make, and the speech bubble for the Word being shared from one person to another.

Vision, mission, goals and objectives

A Bible quiz game that helps people read the Scriptures, understand them and remember them.

Our vision

A world where many people know the Scriptures for themselves, because they have read them, understood them and kept them in their hearts.

Our mission

To make reading and remembering the Bible simple, fun and rewarding, through a quiz game that anyone can play on their phone, in any country.

Why we exist

Many people love the Bible, but find it hard to read it often or to remember what they read. Know the Bible turns careful reading into a friendly challenge. Players pick a book, answer questions drawn from its chapters, climb the levels, and earn badges and a reward for every level they pass.

“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Romans 10:17

Why we built Know the Bible

Many of us grew up hearing Bible stories, yet struggle to recall the details when someone asks who built the ark, which brothers sold Joseph, or what Paul wrote to the Galatians. Reading is essential, but remembering takes repetition, and repetition is easier when it feels like play. Know the Bible turns careful reading into a friendly challenge that anyone can pick up in a few minutes, on a phone, at home or on the road.

We also wanted the effort to feel worthwhile. Every level you pass for the first time earns ₦1,000, so steady study is recognised along the way, not only at the end of a book. The goal is never to replace personal study, church teaching or prayer. It is to give believers, students, Sunday school teachers and curious newcomers a simple way to test what they have learned and find what they have missed.

What you will find inside

The game covers all 66 books of the Bible, with 15,850 questions drawn from the text chapter by chapter. Most books have five levels of 50 questions. Haggai has three levels, Psalms has nine, and the five one-chapter books (Obadiah, Philemon, 2 John, 3 John and Jude) have two. Every question is available in English, Yorùbá, Igbo, Hausa, Nigerian Pidgin and French, and you can switch language at any time.

Questions are shuffled every time you play, and the answer options are reordered too, so you cannot simply memorise positions. You have 15 seconds for each question, and three lifelines, 50/50, Friend and Audience, help when you are unsure. A miss sends you back one question; three misses end the level, and you can try again.

How rewards work

Each level pays ₦1,000 the first time you pass it, and the amount waits in your balance. You do not need to finish a book first. Withdrawals open every Saturday, from 00:00 to 23:59 Nigeria time, and one request claims every level you have passed since your last withdrawal. Replaying a level you have already passed is free practice. The one-chapter books give a completion badge instead of cash.

There is also a daily Bible Name Puzzle: five scrambled names of people, places and books of the Bible, one try a day. Points add up from Saturday to Friday, and on Saturday the week’s top scorer wins ₦2,000, added to their withdrawal, together with a champion badge they can share. Daily 5 and puzzle practice have weekly prizes too, for the top 3 of each.

When you withdraw we ask for a bank account in your own name, and players in Nigeria also give their NIN. Your first withdrawal is checked by the organisers before it is paid. Players outside Nigeria see and receive the equivalent amount in their own currency.

Fair play matters. Every answer must come from your own knowledge. The game detects AI assistants, bots and automation, and an account caught using them is suspended for 24 hours. Each person may hold one account.

Your account

You register once with your name, sex, age, country, phone number, a real email address and a password, then open the activation link we email you. After that you log in with your email and password on any device, and your progress and balance follow you.
